Here at Koku-Ryu Martial Arts, our goal is simple, “to help people grow”. We have a range of classes to suit everyone and aim to provide the best levels of Martial arts tuition in north lincolnshire.
Classes are designed to ensure that students learn as best as possible whilst remembering that children need to also have fun to engage more. With this in mind we ensure that our children’s classes are child focussed and centred way that is educational and structured.
With our adult classes, we ensure our adults reach their goals and potential, pushing them to better themselves and striving for excellence.
All of our instructors are fully qualified and undergo weekly training to ensure that they continue to develop for our students as well as being “enhanced” DBS checked and fully first aid trained.
our chief instructor, andrew banks sensei, is also a qualified teacher to which he brings this expertise into our classes and training to ensure that our team are at the top of their game.
With our full time centre as well as our satellite schools covering North Lincolnshire as well as the hull area, we know we can help you to become the best you can be…. we are the home of champions!

Since 2007, Koku-Ryu Martial Arts in North Lincolnshire has been helping people of all ages to become not only better versions of themselves but also to help them become future leaders to better cope with the world of today.
We offer a wide range of classes including Traditional & Freestyle Karate, Kickboxing, MMA and more.
Along with our core ethos that Martial Arts are more than just Kicking and Punching, we aim to instill core values to help us become a solid foundation in peoples lives.
